Trouble Dwnldng Movie Maker 2.1

I was looking to see if I could get an update for my Windows Movie Maker
because I love to make music videos and wanted to see if there were some
updates for it. I looked it up and found the 2.1 version, but it said I
needed to download the SP2 thing and that the 2.1 version of MM would come
with it so I downloaded it and I can find it and the old one doesn't seem
different. Did I mess up somewhere or what?
 
Which version of WMM did you have on the computer before?
If you have installed XPs SP2 you will generally have WMM
2.1 installed. There are instances that it does not
successfully install but these are rare. Start WMM now and
then click Help, About and you should see Windows Movie
Maker Version 2.1.4026.0.
