Trouble deleting Exchange Server profile in Outlook

I am trying to switch my Outlook 2003 e-mail profile from a corporate system
that used Exchange Server to my private POP3 account. But when I try to set
up a new account or modify the existing account, all of the options on Email
Accounts/Server Types are grayed out except for Microsoft Exchange Server.
That leaves Exchange Server as the only option to click. This happens even
after I have deleted the old Exchange Server profile. Any suggestions?

Have you tried creating a new mail profile? Control Panel>Mail>Show
Profiles>Add.
