trouble deleting a program using add/remove feature

Hi

I am trying to delete a medal of honour game off my computer because its too
large and i dont use it and when i go into add/remove programs and click
change/remove it just flashes once and does nothing - doesnt delete or say
anything

Please help

Try reinstalling the program then uninstalling it.
