Help - I am having trouble deleting a felonious file buried in a system
folder.

The file is called wbk575.tmp and my virus checker (F-Prot) is telling me
that it has a virus - (BTW I am writing this from a different, clean,
computer) -
The file is in c:/Documents and Settings/Main User/Local Settings/Temporary
Internet Files

The operating system (XP Professional, Version 2002 Service Pack 2)
apparently hides the contents of this folder, but clicking 'Properties' shows
it has 29,802 files and 13 folders in it - the file of interest is in a
sub-folder called Content.IE5/S50V8HMZ and it's infected with HTML/IFrame@expl

I'm not very XP-literate so I may be asking something obvious. Any
suggestions?

Is F-Prot unable to delete the file because it is in use? Make sure you
run your av scan in Safe Mode.
