Trouble Cleaning "websearch.drsnsrch..."

After a full scan, the Search URL is still trying to be
changed to websearch.drsnsrch.com...

Is this something that MS AntiSpyware isn't able to fix
yet?

First of all, let me apologize for posting in the wrong
section.

Thanks for your suggestion about scanning in safe mode. If
possible, I'll try that next time -- most of my work is
done remotely, so safe mode isn't always an option.

I will say that only a couple machines out of 50 or so
have had difficult malware to remove. I'll try keeping up
with the "general" group to learn more.
