After two of my customers used Windows Update to install
the latest Critical Updates, their applications were not
able to open on the server. Neither could open Backup
Exec, IE6sp1, Control Panel, etc.

Are there any problems with these updates?

How do you fix them or un-install them?

Thanks

In your customers' systems, you SHOULD be able to go into Start > Settings >
Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs. The Critical Update(s)
should be listed by Number near the bottom of the list.
As long as the uninstall folder for the particular update still exists in
the WINDOWS folder, it should remove the update.
