Trouble adding programs

I have tried to add Quicken and Microsoft Office 2000.
During setup I get error message 1606: Could not access
network location<Common Administrative tools>.Allusers\.

any Ideas on how to get around this?

Are you installing as Administrator or at least as a User with Administrator
rights?

Manual Edit:

Go to: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

Ensure that the Common Admistrative Tools entry is correct.

It should read:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools
