Trouble accessing website

When I try to access a certain website "The Page Cannot
Be Dislayed" comes up and when I click on "Detect Network
Settings" it says "javascript:doNetDetect()" and "Cannot
Find Server or DNS Error". I know this site works because
it works for others. Can you help me please?

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS
