I hope to find someone who could give me some advice... I have two
trojans -TrojanDownloader.Win32.VB.ah and TrojanDropper.Win32.Bridge - in my
computer's hard disk c:\System Volume\_restore . F-Secure is able to find
them, but it cannot delete, rename or clean the file, as it claims that
other software is using it or the disk is protected. How should I proceed to
clean my computer? Thank you in advance!

Unna,

You need to flush the System Restore folder. Go to:

1.Right click on "My computer"
2.Go to the "Performance" tab
3.Click on "File System"
4.Click on "Troubleshooting"
5.Put a Check mark next to "Disable System Restore"
6.Click "apply" and restart the computer
7.Follow the top instruction and Re-enable System Restore. (clear the check
mark next to "Disable System Restore")
8.Restart the computer again
