Has anyone been able to delete any variations of Trojan
spyware successfully using MS AntiSpyware? Scan found 2
variants of them on my PC, but they keep showing up even
after the antispyware claims to have removed it.

Please help with any advise!

Update your antivirus signatures, reboot into safe mode by pressing the f8
function key as the machine starts, and do full, deep scans with Microsoft
Antispyware and your antivirus product until a full scan with each comes
through clean.

This isn't a sure-fire recipe--but it is the first thing to try when
Microsoft Antispyware ID's a threat but doesn't clean it well in normal
mode.

I am using McAfee 2005. I ran both my anti-virus and MS
antispyware in safe mode...a lot of signatures got
detected and cleaned.
However, my home page keeps reverting back
to "about:blank", even though the MS Antispyware's
advanced tool is set to block any changes to IE

Hi Bill...appreciate your response. I followed your
directions, and ran my antivirus & antispyware in safe
mode. Then once in normal mode, I ran them both again.
However, seems ok for a while, and then my home page
get's reverted back to "about:blank"

Boot to Safe Mode and run MSAS there.
