Trojan.Win32.Qhost.df

Hello, Could anyone help me to find and destroy the above trojan? I
don't know where it is, nor what to do if I find it. My AOL Spyware
scanner finds and blocks it every day; I then delete it. But if I
check an hour later it's always back - even without my going online.

I have WindowsXP (Home Edition) + SP2 with XP Firewall enabled, also
Norton AntiVirus 2005. All have automatic updates permanently enabled.

What should I do, please, to get my computer back to normal?
