trojan keylogger

hi

hello everyone i have a trojan key logger called
trojanspy.win.sisie.c located in c:\windows\system32
\sysie.dll how do i remove this it wont go away?

Install a good antivirus program, update it and do a full
scan (In my opinion Norton would be the best to install
and has a free trial on their website)
