i cant get this damn thing off of my computer. i would like to try and
remove it without reinstalling windows. i have deleted the files that were
infected. and AVG doesnt pick it up anymore. every now anthen a window will
open saying that it is still on my harddrive. it is located in a hidden file
on my computer.
i hope that someone can help...

Simply download and run the unistaller:

Disable system restore.
Reboot.
Re-enable system restore (if desired).
Reboot.

....that is, if the folder it was "hidden" in was _restore, and you
are using ME or XP.
