Trimming The Length Of Photos

Every time i select all my photos and i try to trim the length of them, it
doesnt have the trimming icon. Does anybody know how i can trim all the
photos at one?

Are you referring to the duration?

Do it one at a time for the ones already
on the timeline or set a new duration at:
Tools / Options / Advanced / Picture Duration.
(this only applies to pictures added to the
timeline after the change is made)
