I have several spreadsheets with several columns that
contain description information. They look something like
this:
PART25 INN
PART25 INN
PART25 INN
PART26 OUT
PART26 OUT
etc.
I know that individually I can use the Trim function to
fit this. But I have 8 spreadsheets with several thousand
records each and this would be a very time comsuming way
to fix this problem. Is there any way that I can automate
this process to trim down these fields. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
