trigger a slide transition?

I would like to trigger a slide transition at the end of an animation. The
animation "starts on click" runs, and then I would like the slide transition
to happen as soon as it finishes. I don't want to click again. How do I get
the end of the animation to trigger the transition?

You can fake this effectively by using a duplicate of the first slide.
Transition to the duplicate on click and have only "with" and "after
previous" animations on thi duplicate slide and an auto transition of 0 secs.
By choosing the right time to make the first transition you can get the
effect you need.
