TrendMicro Update Problem

Hi
I can't get my Trend Micro to update. Its registered correctly and
just stopped automatically updating. Any suggestions?

Can you manually update? Which version of the product? Have you visited
Trend's KB for the product version you have? It covers a lot of issues.

I'm using Trend Micro internet security .. yes I tried to manual
update and nothing happened. Will try their site .

Check your TIS firewall settings. Do you have internet connection using
web browser?

My internet connect is through a cable modem. Trend Micro just
suddenly lost the ability to update .. even manually. No error
message, it just does nothing.

If it were me, I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling. Sometimes, it's
just that simple. Happened to me with Firefox just last week.
