TrendMicro OfficeScan Pattern 2.160.00 (Outdated)

According to TrendMicro's website their latest pattern in 2.160.00.
However my Windows XP client shows the words "Outdated", therefore
users attempt to update repeatedly and get nowhere since they have the
latest version. Any suggestion on why "Outdated" shows up when the
client is not outdated?

Is this an XP SP2 issue?
 
You need to be running OfficeScan 5.58 to recognise the new format pattern
numbering. Trend have been plastering this all over the place for the past 6
months. You can also upgrade to version 6.5 if you have valid support, but
you need to register for a new serial number on the Trend web site.
