trendmicro office scan "logon name" field in log file

Hello,
I am using trendmicro office scan for central virus scanning.
In the log file of some of the detected viruses, I see in then "Logon
name" field "System" instead of the name of the user that was logged on
when the virus was detected.(on other logs, I see the correct user name
of the currently logged user).

What can be the reason for this?

Likely because it was a scheduled scan or something. What worries you about
it?
 
Thank you for your answer.
I am not really worried about this.One of our local system
administrators asked me about this and I wanted to give him an answer
to his question.
