I have install trend micro internet security 14 on RC1 it all seems to be
working well.

However it removes all html based email messages and presents them as a text
version how do I stop it from doing this.

I'm a web developer and I get a lot of these emails and I want to recieve
them intact but I cant find any setting in trend micro to override this

Does anybody have any ideas ?

Are you sure its the AV program? Its possibly the Windows Mail, if thats
what you are using, click Tools > Options > Read > under Read Message >
uncheck > "Read Messages in plain text".

In Outlook, go to Tools > Options > Mail Format (tab) > in the Compose in
this message format: listbox, make sure HTML is selected.

It receives html format and is set to recieve them
thats not the main problem here.
sorry if I didn't explian the problem accuratly

The issue is when I recieve an Email that contains an ad banner or any kind
of script Trend Micro somehow blocks it and replaces it with a text version
and doesn't offer any way of retrieving the original Email and also doesn't
offer any filtering capability to allow trusted content.

As about 90% of my Email traffic is made up of these type of Emails, I see
this as a very serious problem.

Which e-mail program is this Mail or Outlook? If its Mail, its possibly the
program's Antiphishing filter.

I use windows mail. The antispam settings are fine to recieve these Emails
and I was getting them fine before I installed Trend Micro and the original
messages are not going to my Junk Email folder. below is the notification I
get when it blocks an Email

I just want to get the original messages but there's no setting in Trend
Micro to override this blocking or to retrieve the original Email

*** PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS NOTIFICATION. ***

Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security has detected a message that may
contain malicious contents. The message in question has been attached as a
text file to this notification. If you need to read the original message,
Trend Micro recommends opening it as a text file.
To prevent infection, do not save the original message as a message file
(for example, *.msg or *.oft).

You need to either disable the email scanning in the antivirus software, or
else uninstall it if that is not an option.
