Trend Micro return policy?

I recently downloaded Trend Micro's Internet Security program for $50.
I'm not sure if I like it yet. I recently got a pop up reminder from the AV
and it was all in Japanese!

Got a question for those experienced with this company: does Trend Micro
offer refunds on downloaded products? What is their return policy? I went
to their website, but couldn't find any info on this.

(Yeah, I know, I should have asked about this before buying the product.)

Who billed you for the product. Check their terms and conditions.
I think you are entitled to a refund within 30 days.
