i have an inquary about adding trendlines
i want to set a cells value to each the constant
calculated as the best fit.
i tried the help menu but got nowhere

Use array-entered worksheet function LINEST (which may not be accurate for
pathological data sets in earlier versions of Excel), or search google
groups for Dave Braden's VBA code for extracting the coefficients from the
chart's trendline (superior accuracy).
