Trend 'House Call' Problem!

I've been running the Trend "House Call" and suddenly it stalls at 50% or
80% and throws out GIGABYTES of TVAINFO.XML files on to my hard
drive........filling the remaining 12 Gigabytes up! It appears to continue
to scan but doesn't go anywhere. What in the world is going on here?

The files that are filling up the hard drive are called VG3047(a) (b)
