Hi.
I'm using TreeComp 3.7 (http://www.xs4all.nl/~lploeger/TreeComp3.htm)
as a backup tool, to synchronize one computer's harddrive with the
harddrive on another computer. One computer runs Windows ME, and the
other Windows 200 SP4.
This works fine as long as I run TreeComp from the Win ME computer
(mounting W2K computer over the network) But when I run TreeComp from
my W2K computer (mounting Win ME comp... ah, you get it), TreeComp only
finds *directories* that are new/deleted. File differences are totally
ignored.
To minimize network problem, I tried differing two directories, both
residing on the W2K machine. Doesn't matter, TreeComp cannot find file
differences. This sounds like a configuration issue but I can't find
any "Ignore files" checkbox to uncheck...
