tray application huges too much memory

I have written a System tray application ,using C# and windows form,when I
monitor it it takes avareage of 26,512 K of the memory,
Is it a big deal?? how can I efficiently manage memory usage in my APP?

It's not a big deal. Windows Forms apps grab up lots of memory, just in case
they need it, and will release it later if they don't.
