travelling and unable to get IE to work from this location

I normally use a wireless card when travelling, but only
have DSL in this location and I can't get online, I run
windows xp, any help on how to change the settings to make
this work will be greatly appreciated.
 
I'm not too clear on what exactly is the prob. Did you
check if your network connections are correct?
