Transporting a NEtowrk Connection

Is it possible to transport a Network Connection, specifically a Network
Connection that connects via VPN to our Company Server, using a flash drive
or CD? This way a user can access Network Drives over VPN from a public
computer without actually creating a Network Connection.

Same question, except can a network connection be transported to a MAC? Or
is there a simple Network Connection Wizard on MAC OS to configure a VPN
connection to a Windows 2003 Server.

Does your making me aware of Greenbow mean that you can not copy the
necessary Windows system files required to run native Windows connector onto
a separate media?

I have been copying the VPN listing of XP. It is complex to restore
and you loose the username / password.
