we have done a virus scan and it says that there is

wondering where that is located and how we can delete the

An AVP does *NOT* scan for spyware - it has no spyware-searching
capabilities. Conversely, there are applets out there that will scan for
spyware, but they do *NOT* scan for viruses. I don't know of any software
package that will scan for both. I don't know what you mean by "transponder
software package" - could you please post back and elaborate?

we did a stop-sign scan and it came up infected........transponder software package.............possible spyware applicaton
i have no idea what that means or how to get rid of it.........help!!!!!
