When I run a cursor along a list of files in explorer, the balloon tip pops
up and obscures the file name below it. I know this is by design, and I know
there are many ways of disabling balloon tips.
However, I find balloon tips useful and I wouldn't want to do away with them
completely. I just wish there was a way to make them transparent, or to
appear further away. Anyone know a way to do this?
I've searched high and low for software with this function, but have been
unsuccessful. Best and cheapest would be a registry hack.
