translation....

i am using the english version from beta 1 and 2 and this final release but
will there come a translation in dutch (For Belgium and the Netherlands) just
like there will be a translation for internet explorer 7 in dutch between
november an januari available...

If there is coming a translation , maybe sombody nows when ?
 
I believe that the answer to this is yes. I believe it will be localized to as many languages as Windows is--but I don't know when that work will happen.

The only clear statement is here, from the initial download page:
