I cannot recommend any of them. I uses http://intertran.tranexp.com/ for the
hereunder translation to give an examply. Other engines I've encounterd give
the same results or even worse:

Dutch test text:

Vertalen van het Nederlands naar het engels gaat vaak niet goed. De meeste
machines verslikken zich in de Nederlandse grammatica of zelfs in de
mogelijke synoniemen van een woord. Daardoor is een vertaal machine niet
echt geschikt voor zwaar en accuraat vertaalwerk.

Translate with the Dutch unpleasant the English goes regularly not cheap.
The utmost machine choke themselves within the Dutch grammar whether very
within the potential synonymous with one verb. Through that is one
translatable machine not truly suitable until strong and punctual
translations.

The translation should be more like:

Translating from Dutch to English often goes wrong. Most engines choke them
selves on the Dutch grammar of even the possible synonyms of a single word.
Therefore, a translation engine is not realy fitted to do heavy and accurate
translation work.

(Remember I am a wordblind bat, but I guess this is a bit more readable)
Guys??...

But of course, you *are* free to use the above link for translations. Often,
If I cant make sence of a english phrase, I try to translate it to German,
French or even Swedish. Most of the times, These translations come with a
new vision on the sentence, and therefore make it easyer to understand or
translate. Furthermore, I've the VanDale Dutch/English CD Rom. This is also
a big help, but unfortunately, it isn't free.

P.S.

For fun, I also let the translation engine translate the English results
back to Dutch. This is the result:

<quote>
Vertalen met het oogmerk Nederlands onbehaaglijk naar de Engels gaat vast
niet goedkoop. Naar de uiterst toestel choke zichzelf te Nederlanders
spraakleer of zelfs te naar de potentieel zinverwant van men woord. Daardoor
zit men vertaalbaar toestel niet wezenlijk toepasselijk voor zwaar en stipt
vertaalwerk.
