Translate whole office document content

hi,
i am using office 2007 and developing reports in english language, i want
those documents to be localized to chinese language.i tried using the
`Translate Options` under Research tab but i dont want to achive it in this
way. want to know is there any other possibility.
 
If you want to produce documents that don't make you look stupid, employ
someone skilled in both English and Chinese to translate the documents.
Computerised translations will never provide accurate translation and should
only ever be used to give you an indication of the document content.
