Transitions are missing

I am not sure how this happened but all of my video transitions are missing
and I only have 2 video affects. Does anybody know how I can restore these?

I have tried everything but still the transitions are missing from my movie
maker. I went to Wojo's Web and followed the suggestions there...all the
files listed were found...I reinstalled SP2 and still no transitions. Please
somebody help me.
