Transitioning music from one song to another

Hi,
I am trying to use Windows Movie Maker for the first time. How do I get the
music I added to the movie to fade out of one song and enter another song?
Right now one song abruptly ends and then another one starts.
 
in the timeline view drag the one on the right to overlap the one on the
left and one will fade out as the other fades in...
