Transition form B&W to Color

In what way can you not get it to work? At what point does it all fall over?

Good Evening Lucy,

Thanks for your reply. I finally figured out what to do.

I wanted the change from B&W to color to be a lot slower than what I
could do with transitions (as described by Russel). I finally figured
out that I needed to copy a color version of the photo on top of the B&W
version and then use an animation (very slow)rather than a transition.
It all worked out very nicely doing it that way.

me know.

I thought that might be the problem - you have a lot more control over
animations then transitions :-) I'm glad you got it sorted & thanks for
sharing with everyone.
