I want another award . You should never have given me the last one cos it gave me inspiration . I decided to build up a funky pc to give a friends daughter an upgraded pc with a bit of paz az . It was a project that seemed so easy but turned into a real chew .
I'm a bit disapointed with the "girl in the moon " guards as they don't really show up much . The 2 silver drive fronts did not fit , you spotted the missing drives , so the finished pc don't look so good with a black and a beige drive . Oh well the lass can always paint em up with a brush .
The two bay HDD was a pain , when I put the drive in it interfered with the main cable so I had to fit in a three drive carrier to lower the HDD out of the way . I altered the front fan placement so you could see it but I had to hammer the case flat before I could cut the hole and had to cut the plastic front aswell and it only just went in .
I fitted the perspex to the frame along with the fancy flashing bit and then found out the fan holes were too small . So I re-drilled them but it took for ever to get rid of the plastic swarf .
The UV led was not really powerful enough , I would have liked a bit more UV to show up the cables and fans . I've never seen a UV case so if I ever do another I'll know to get lights with more ummph .
I posted pics in the gallery if anyones interested .
So do I get another award ???????????
