transferring settings, favorites, etc.

My original drive has an OS problem where it can't boot anymore. I put in
another drive and loaded the OS and software. I'm running XP sp2, office 2003
IE 6, OE 6.0, 250GB drive, 2GB memory. Since I can't boot up the original
drive, how can I move all mysettings, favorites, etc and other needed files
from the old drive to the new IE. I can access the old drive. I do get an
"access denied" when I try and open most of the folders under "documents and
settings" under my user name. Not sure how I can overcome that to get to the
OE files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That worked Ramesh, Now where do I go to move all my favorites from the old
IE on the old drive, to the new IE on the new drive. Do I need to move any
other files for settings etc.

Copy all files from this folder (old drive):
X:\Documents and Settings\{Username}\Favorites

to

%UserProfile%\Favorites
