Transferring Projector slides to photos

We are hoping to produce a book as a local fundraiser on Bedale in North
Yorkshire featuring picture postcards. One source has a collection saved
onto slides for giving presentations. Is there an easy way to make copies
of these as the originals are not available?

What dort of slides do you mean? If slides as in 35mm ones you need someone
with a slide scanner, hope they will spend some time scanning them for you,
save to cd and give to you.

I've been watching your post hoping you would get some replies. I'd also
like to transfer slides to computer.

Have you gotten any info from other sources?

You must have a scanner with the necessary
features for 35mm slide scanning.
