You should export the Calendar and Contacs information to a Personal Folder
File and then copy the file to the laptop and import it into Outlook on the
laptop. Import/Export is available in Outlook on the File menu. If you need
more detailed instructions let me know and I can provide them.
I hope this information is helpful.

Since PST files are native format for Outlook, you should NOT export to a
Personal Folders file and then import back into Outlook. You should create
a new Personal Folders file and drag-and-drop the items you wish to transfer
into the new PST. Then, on the other PC, use File>Open to open it. Always
avoid export/import when possible.
