R Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] Feb 8, 2004 #2 Outlook does not use an address book. All Outlook data is in one file. The file you need to transfer is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored. Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup: http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] Robert Douglass said: I want to copy my Outlook 2003 address book from my desktop to my laptop, Click to expand... and I need detailed directions on how to do this.
