Transferring OE Addresses to O

'Have a new laptop and want to transfer my OE address book (XP Pro) from my
office desktop to the new laptop Outlook (Vista). In the past, I've gone to
OE, Addresses, File, scroll down to Export, select Address Book (WAB) and
saved it to a CD and uploaded it to my old laptop OE. With the new laptop,
I can't even find a screen that will allow me to import via a CD upload.
