Transferring In Box

How do I transfer my In Box from my laptop to my In Box
in my new desktop? I can receive new e-mails on desktop,
but can't view ones I opened on laptop
 
I have a similar problem I want to transfer all my contacts and email received and sent from my old computer to my new computer for use

Please advise (e-mail address removed).
