Transferring Frontpage sites to a new server

We are getting ready to change ISP's and are wondering if
there is an easy way to transfer 200 Frontpage sites
BEFORE the domains are propogated.

The accounts are created but the domains are not changed
yet.

1. Did your new host provide instructions
for publishing to IP addresses??
2. What server and OS is your new host using.
