Please can someone describe step-by-step how to do this?

In my small business I use about 30 existing contact folders containing
about 1200 contacts and am nervous about getting the transfer wrong!

As the question is in the title and most of it cut off, I'm looking for how
to transfer existing contacts from Outlook 2003 to BCM.

Any help at all or views on the benefits will be much appreciated.

sevvy,

Open up your Outlook Folder list and then Click on your Contacts Folder and
choose to display the contents in one of the Table List views. Just
highlight the Contacts you want and then right button drag and drop the
highlighted contacts over to copy onto the Business Contact Folder. All of
the fields will map to the appropriate Business Contact Record fields. Try
doing just a few initially to verify your comfort level around the outcome.
Works like a charm.

I understand this is the easiest way to get the files in but what happens
with duplicates?
