This newsgroup is for Vista's email client Windows Mail. It is a public forum of your peers(users like yourself)....it is not
Microsoft support.
The most common method for transferring one's contacts from Outlook to another email client is to use Outlook's built-in capability
to export the contacts list as a Comma Separated Value file[ *.csv file(Windows format)] and save the file to a usb thumb drive,
hard drive, and/or external drive...then import the saved csv file into the other email client.
