transferring data

how do i take all my appointments from computer and
transfer to another computer. i have no problem with
contacts but cant figure how to transfer calendar data.
can anyone help?

Import export option under the file menu. Create a Pst

of the calendar.
 
Copy your .PST file to the new computer and open it using File | Open. No
need to import or export since .PST is Outlook's native file format. If
you're using Outlook 2002 or 2003 you can use the following article to help
you further with this process:

The process would be similar for earlier versions of Outlook, with a few
different steps.
