Transferring data to another "sheet"

I keep track of all new accounts opened. The first sheet
is all the accounts. The other sheets are broken down by
account officer.

Example:

Sheet One
David 402
KIm 300
John 212

Sheet 2
I want John 212 to be at the top of his sheet instead
of in the third cell down? Does this make sense?
 
Because when that sheet prints out there will be two open
spaces.

So when you go to Davids Sheet his name and number will
be first
When you go to Kims her name and number will be in the
second cell down
When you go to John's his name and number will be in the
third cell down.

I guess, if possible i want to be able to enter that
information and have it at the top of each of their
sheets?
