Outlook XP 2002 running on WinXP Pro.
Couldn't resolve problems with current profile, so I created a new profile and added new email accounts through Control Panel > Mail with Outlook shut down. That resolved the problem (which was inability to show Contacts as an Address Book).
Now, I'd like to transfer my custom settings (for column headings in the various folders, etc) from my old profile to the new. Can this be done? If so, how? Many thanks.
