I've tried dragging and dropping as well as opening an Outlook Data File but
I keep getting this error: The ...... .pst file is not a Personal Folders
file. Within Windows Explorer, the file is shown as a Microsoft Outlook
Personal Folders file. Any suggestions?

Suggest posting some accurate information. How did you create this file?
Where does it now reside? Do not even attempt to access it unless it is on
your hard drive and has no read only attribute.

Russ - I created it over a month ago and recall that I dragged the contacts
on to the flash drive. After plugging the flash drive in to the new
computer, I then dragged the Contacts file to the desktop. I've checked the
Properties and it is not read-only or hidden. The file type is listed as
Outlook Personal Folders file.

Makes no sense. There is no such thing as a Contacts File, nor can you drag
a Contacts Folder onto a flash drive.
Still need accurate information on what you did.
Do you back up your data?

I have Outlook 2007 using Vista. I am unable to see any address book. My
2003 Outlook Contacts file came over and is listed as Contacts. All the
entries are there. However I have no idea how to get those names and email
addresses in my Outllo 2007 address file. I have tried all the stuff on help
topics to no avail

Entirely different question which has also been answered here countless
times. Since we have no idea what you have tried we have no way to help you.
Read the posts here and tell us clearly what you have tried that has not
worked for you. Post clearly and accurately if you expect help. You have
done neither so far.
