Transferring Contacts from 2003 to 2007

I have a new Dell running Vista Business, which had Office Pro 2003 on it.
When I installed Office Enterprise 2007, I don't have access to my Contacts
list...how do I transfer...or find?

Your Contacts transfer along with all your other Outlook data (i.e., mail,
calendar, tasks, etc.) because they're all in the same file. How did you do
this transfer and where are you looking for the Contacts?

contacts were in my Contact file....but when I installed 2007, there
are no Contacts under the "contacts" tab.

Like I said, it would help if you gave a fairly explicit description of how
you did all this.
